Returns and Refunds Policy
At MidWest Bimmer Supply, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our returns and refunds policy carefully:
1. Returns
- Our return policy lasts 12 days from the date of purchase. If 12 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It should also be in its original packaging.
- We require proof of purchase or a receipt from MidWest Bimmer Supply to process your return.
- Please do not send your purchase back to the address on the shipping label.
2. Refunds
- Once we receive your returned item, we will notify you via email or phone to confirm its receipt.
- We will then assess the item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and the credit will be returned to your original payment method within a couple of days.
3. Restocking Fees
- A restocking fee will be charged on all returned items.
- The specific amount of this fee depends on the type of product:
- Electronics and performance products: 25% restocking fee
- Other returnable products: 20% restocking fee
- If your order qualifies for a refund, you, the customer, are responsible for paying the shipping and handling fees unless the item received differs from the one you ordered.
- If we shipped the wrong item, we will provide a return mailing label, and there will be no restocking cost.
4. Canceled Orders
- In the event of an order cancellation, we apply a 20% restocking fee to cover processing and handling costs.
- We appreciate your understanding as we strive to maintain efficient operations.
5. Lost or Stolen Packages
- MidWest Bimmer Supply is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
- If a shipment confirmed as delivered is missing, you must register a claim with the delivery carrier.
- We provide tracking information, so please make every effort to receive your package promptly.
6. Sale Items
- Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds; sale items are non-refundable.
7. Exchanges
- We replace items only if they are non functional. We do not replace items damaged during transit.

8. Backordered Items
- If your order contains backordered items, we will inform you promptly.

9. Shipping for Returns
- To return your product, we will supply a return label if it is approved.
- You are responsible for the shipping cost for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
