Shipping Protection Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing Shipping Protection, you acknowledge and agree to these Shipping Protection Terms of Service in full.
If Shipping Protection is declined, risk of loss transfers to the customer once the order is handed to the carrier.
2. Coverage Window
Shipping Protection is valid for seven (7) calendar days from the carrier’s marked delivery date, including the delivery date.
Claims submitted after this 7-day window will not be reviewed or approved under any circumstances.
3. Covered Events
Shipping Protection covers eligible orders against:

Verified loss in transit
-
Theft following delivery
-
Physical damage occurring during transit
All claims are subject to investigation and approval at our sole discretion.
4. Resolution of Approved Claims
If a claim is approved, resolution will be determined solely by us and may include:

Replacement of the item
-
Store credit
-
Full refund
-
Partial refund (including for minor cosmetic or partial defects that do not render the item unusable)
The method of resolution is determined exclusively at our discretion.
5. Required Documentation
Customers must provide sufficient supporting documentation, which may include:

Clear photos of the item and packaging
-
Carrier tracking information
-
Government-issued identification (if requested)
-
Written statement describing the incident
Failure to provide requested documentation will result in denial of the claim.
6. Fraud Prevention & Claim Denial
We reserve the absolute right to deny any claim suspected of fraud, abuse, misrepresentation, or bad faith.
Claims may be denied including, but not limited to, the following circumstances:

Carrier GPS confirmation of delivery

Carrier photo evidence confirming delivery at the provided address
-
Inconsistent or conflicting claim details
-
Multiple claims associated with the same customer, address, IP address, or payment method
-
Evidence suggesting attempted chargeback abuse
Submission of a claim does not guarantee approval.
7. Chargebacks & Disputes
By purchasing Shipping Protection and agreeing to these Terms:

You agree not to initiate a chargeback for any claim that is under review or has been denied in accordance with these Terms.

You acknowledge that an approved claim resolution (replacement, refund, or store credit) constitutes full settlement of the matter.

You agree that filing a chargeback after receiving a resolution may constitute fraud or abuse.
If a chargeback is filed in violation of these Terms:

We reserve the right to submit these Terms and proof of agreement to the issuing bank.

You may forfeit eligibility for reimbursement through your card issuer.

You may be permanently restricted from future purchases.
We reserve the right to pursue recovery of funds and associated fees resulting from improper disputes.
8. No Double Recovery
Customers may not receive compensation from both Shipping Protection and their financial institution, carrier, or third party for the same claim.
Any attempt at double recovery will result in denial and potential account restriction.
9. Limitation of Liability
Shipping Protection is limited strictly to the original purchase price of the covered items.
We are not liable for:

Consequential damages

Incidental damages
-
Indirect losses
-
Emotional distress
-
Loss of use
10. Right to Modify
We reserve the right to update, modify, or terminate Shipping Protection at any time without prior notice.
