MidWest Bimmer Supply Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing

All orders are processed after payment has been received and verified. Processing times may vary depending on product availability, order volume, warehouse location, and supplier fulfillment requirements. Customers will receive tracking information once their order has shipped.

2. Shipping Methods

MidWest Bimmer Supply utilizes multiple shipping methods depending on the product type:

  • Carbon fiber products typically ship via standard ground or expedited carriers.
  • Larger or heavier items may ship via freight carriers.

Shipping methods are selected at our discretion to ensure safe and efficient delivery.

3. Estimated Shipping Times

Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

  • Carbon fiber products: Estimated delivery time is 2–5 business days, depending on customer location.
  • Larger or freight-shipped items: Estimated delivery time may vary based on carrier and destination.

Certain products may first be shipped from a manufacturer or vendor to our warehouse before being shipped to the customer. This may occur due to shipping restrictions, supplier requirements, product inspection procedures, or other logistical considerations. In these cases, additional transit time may apply.

If a tracking number is added to your order and shows the package as delivered to our Crest Hill, Illinois location, this indicates the item has arrived at our facility for processing and reshipment. Please allow time for handling and wait for the updated tracking information to be provided via email or through the Shop App.

Once an order has shipped, delivery timelines are controlled by the shipping carrier.

4. Shipping Delays

MidWest Bimmer Supply is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, labor disruptions, supplier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control. Any delays occurring while the order is in transit must be addressed directly with the shipping provider.

5. Orders in Transit

Once an order has shipped and is in transit:

  • No cancellations are permitted.
  • No refunds will be issued until the item is delivered and evaluated under our Return Policy.

6. Additional Shipping Fees

Additional shipping charges may apply under the following circumstances:

  • Deliveries to rural or remote locations.
  • Shipping addresses outside the continental United States (lower 48 states).

If additional shipping fees apply, customers will be notified prior to shipment or invoiced separately before the order is released.

7. Shipping Damage

Any visible shipping damage must be reported and documented with the carrier at the time of delivery. Failure to note damage upon delivery may result in denied claims.

8. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. MidWest Bimmer Supply is not responsible for delays, lost shipments, or additional fees caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

9. Vendor-to-Warehouse Transfers

Certain products may be fulfilled through our supplier network and shipped to our warehouse before final delivery to the customer. Tracking information provided by the supplier may show delivery to our Crest Hill facility. This does not indicate completion of the customer's order. Once received, the item will be processed and shipped to the customer with updated tracking information provided via email or the Shop App.
