Please provide as much detail as possible and include clear photos or videos to help us review and resolve your request quickly. While we aim to respond within 1–2 business days, some warranty claims may require additional time for inspection or manufacturer review.

Headlight / taillight warranty instructions

Please follow these instructions when submitting a warranty claim for a lighting product:

  1. Upload a photo of the headlight or taillight serial-number sticker.
  2. Upload a video clearly showing the issue.
  3. Upload a video of the issue with the vehicle’s license plate visible.

Headlights: Include the low beams, high beams, turn signals, and daytime running lights.

Taillights: Include the turn signals, reverse lights, brake lights, and daytime running lights.

Photos or videos

For damaged, incorrect, incomplete, or fitment-related products, attach clear photos showing the product, packaging, and installation attempt.

JPG, PNG, WebP, MP4, MOV, or WebM. Up to five files; maximum 25 MB per file.
