Dual ECU Information

BMW N63 and S63 V8 vehicles use a dual-DME engine-management system. The correct V8 bootmod3 license must be purchased for the specific engine generation installed in your vehicle.

Important ECU Unlock Information

Some vehicles may require a bench unlock before bootmod3 installation. BMW models manufactured after June 2020 may require a FEMTO unlock before tuning.

The bootmod3 license does not include:

• Bench or FEMTO ECU unlocking
• Wi-Fi OBD adapter
• ENET cable
• Custom tuning
• Professional installation
