Important Before Shipping

• Do not open your ECUs. Opened or tampered ECUs will not be processed.
• Remove both DMEs carefully and package them securely with adequate padding.
• UPS and other carriers may reject packages containing hazardous markings, labels, numbers, or symbols on the shipment. Please ensure your package is free of any hazardous identifiers before shipping.
• Include your order number and contact information inside the box to help expedite processing.

Turnaround Time

Most unlock services are completed within 1–2 business days after your ECUs are received.

Please Note

This service is for unlocking your existing ECUs only. No tuning software or performance calibration is included. After the unlock is complete, your ECUs will be compatible with supported tuning platforms such as MHD, Bootmod3, MG Flasher, AutoTuner, and other compatible software.
